What we're about

If you struggle keeping up in other outdoor group fitness groups or are completely new to the concept of outdoor training, then this is the group for you.

This one time per week meet up will introduce you to all of the foundational movement patterns that will allow you to get stronger, lose weight, tone up and avoid injury.
