Salt, Oil, and Sugar: The Good and the Bad (postponed indefinitely)

When we are through COVID and can gather
Come to hear on DVD fascinating speaker, Dr Michael Klaper, speak on Salt, Sugar and Oil: The Good, the Bad, The Ugly (on DVD). Could your favourite flavours be hurting you? What are the tasty alternatives?
Also hosted by Vesanto Melina, Registered Dietitian and best selling author.

The event is held at Vancouver Co-housing, an intentional co-housing community. Please bring some vegan snacks to share. If you like, you can bring items that do not include added sugar or oil--though this is not essential. We ask for a twonie to cover the DVD cost and Vancouver Cohousing's cost of hosting us (hot water, soap, TP etc.).

NB. While we are big fans of the plant-based diet, everyone is welcome at our events, from omnivore to vegan.

What to bring? Anything you enjoy eating as a snack but please make sure it contains no animal products--that means no meat, dairy, whey, gelatin, eggs, and seafood--so that everyone can partake.

NB. Though peanuts are nutritious, please do not bring peanuts or peanut ingredients. Thanks!
