The Parker is Vancouver's newest vegetarian restaurant. The award winning chef and principals behind The Parker are hardcore foodies, making the rest of us who think we're gourmands look like McDonald's customers.

Sous Vide Beets
Crispy Hazelnuts, Watercress, Horseradish
Coco Beans, Marinated Oyster Mushroom Salad, Fennel
Mandarin Orange Compote, Vanilla Sea Salt
[Coco Beans are not to be confused with cocoa beans. These are buttery melt in the mouth beans with a flowery, nutty flavour. This dish apparently sells out every night at the Parker.]
Cost: $25 per diner, cash only. Price includes tax and tip. Any beverages you order will be extra.
