This is a group for anyone interested in mindfulness meditation, self-compassion, self-care, and care and compassion for others and the world. Together we will sit, explore our selves and our spirits, work together to make a loving and compassionate way in the world. We will put into action all that we learn on the meditation cushion. Join us if you have no experience with meditation, are convinced you can't meditate (that's not true, you can!) or have been meditating for many years. Welcome!
