What exactly is "MediPaint"? Our guided meditation sessions incorporate painting and music to help you achieve inner equilibrium. We use movement and music to help facilitate the process of meditation. The inner state of the individual is the main focus, with creation being led by intuition (there is no specific object or subject to think or paint about). Allowing the music and spoken words to take you over, negative and stressful energy can flow out, while positive, relaxing and healing energy can be brought inward.
