If we want to improve the quality of our meditation, we need to improve our mental clarity and concentration. By learning how to train our mind in the proper methods, and putting these techniques into practice consistently and joyfully, the quality of our meditations will definitely improve.
Classes include a guided meditation, a short teaching and brief chanted prayer. Everyone is welcome.
