About the Workshop:
There is nothing wrong with desire. But uncontrolled desire is very painful. In this course, we will explore methods to increase our good heart of love while reducing the jealousy, possessiveness and attachment that can wreak havoc on our relationships.

Amy Peng has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for 15 years and is a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
She has completed an Intensive Resident Teacher Training Course in England and enjoys presenting meditation and Buddhism in a practical and accessible way, directly relevant to people of our modern society. With warmth and sincerity, Amy shows us the joy of integrating Buddha's teachings into daily life and is an inspiring example of a modern Buddhist practitioner.
