About the Retreat:
Life is often filled with difficulties and conflict. However, through training our mind we can learn to use these experiences as opportunities for the growth and development of our happiness. In this course, we will explore creative methods to transform daily annoyances and difficulties through the practice of Buddhist meditation.
Everyone is welcome – no experience of meditation is necessary.

Our Teacher:
Gen Kelsang Rinzin is an American Buddhist monk, ordained in 2004 by Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
He communicates his love for Dharma with a down to earth approach and humor that helps others to appreciate and understand the teachings and put them into practice.
