From the depths of our heart, we want to be happy all the time and live a meaningful life. How can we do this? We can do this through training in meditation. Meditation makes our mind peaceful, and when our mind is peaceful we are happy, even if our external conditions are poor. The Kadam Lamrim teachings and meditations open our heart and deepen our understanding and experience of the spiritual path. Suitable for both beginners and more experienced practitioners.

Each class includes guided meditation, a teaching, and time for questions. Seating is on chairs and no special clothing or pre-registration is required.
