Drop into our Capitol Hill meditation class Monday evenings from 7:30-8:30pm and learn how to apply ancient practical teachings to your busy modern life. You will find a warm, friendly class and learn how to achieve inner peace and happiness through meditation. Each class includes guided meditations, a teaching, and time for Q&A. Come every week--or drop in as your schedule allows. No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome!
