Dear everyone,
In these unprecedented times, we need to teach our children to meditate. By that power of meditation they will grow into a strong tree with stronger roots; which no mental, physical or emotional turmoil can knock over.

Help your children and teens join our free online Meditation sessions to take full benefit of it.

Online Guided Meditation - Free

Agenda of our meetings:

If you are coming first time, you will get an introduction to Sahaja Meditation in the beginning of the class, followed by the below activities.

1. We take you through a guided meditation to feel inner peace by meditating on different energy centers and taking affirmations (we will guide you every step)

2. We will balance energy centers.

At the end we ask your experience and reply any question you have. The classes usually last from 30 to 40 mins.

No special attire is needed and meetings are free of cost.

Since there is no physical excercise involved, we use chairs for our meditation. If you prefer to sit on floor instead you are welcome to do so.

We recommend that you attend our sessions for at least a month regularly and meditate at home at least 4-5 times in a week as guided in class, to see the full benefits of Sahaja Meditation.
