I host a Guided Group Meditation at my home studio in Tsawwassen. You can expect to be here for 90min from beginning to end with a hot cup of tea and good company. During this time you will unwind and relax as I will guide you through a mindfulness mediation where you can let go of stress, tension or emotion. You may feel refreshed or invigorated once at the end of the session! You will meet others of like mind. Join us if you feel drawn!
