Samarpan Kundalini Meditation is a unique practice, where one can experience the awakening of ‘Kundalini Energy’, that divine energy that exists within each one of us.

This simple meditation practice is an ancient technique developed by the Himalayan Sages to help normal everyday people experience the benefits of meditation. The practice is believed to be around 800 years old. Common benefits of regular practice:
