This introductory session will give you the foundational information to establish a successful practice of meditation. Our practice addresses the root cause of our chatter box thoughts and the associated stress it creates. This is for first time meditators as well as long time practitioners. Be casual. If you have never been to a Meetup or are new to meditation we warmly welcome you. We will meet in the main gallery room. Plan for about an hour including questions. This practice is FREE!
