What we're about
Mindful meditation can help us to deal with stress, anxiety, worry and lack of confidence. It helps us calm our overactive minds, allowing us to take each moment as it comes and become more accepting and serene.
With regular meditation, we can become more concerned to our own well-being and compassionate to others, learning to be simply in the present moment.
We understand the need to nurture our inner child we want you to be comfortable warm, and cosy. Bring a mat if you have one, a blanket and a pillow. Please note, none of these are compulsory and you can do seated mediation if that’s more suitable – Whatever is best for you!
The session starts at 6pm and we hope to see you there
