Please plan to arrive between 6:45 and 6:55. We will begin promptly at 7pm. The evening will consist of listening to/watching a short teaching which will provide context for the evening's sitting practice.
Coffee, tea, and water are available—please bring your own mug or water bottle.
Some of the meditations are meant to be done sitting up, and some are done lying down. If you would like to bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on and a small pillow for your head, please do. The floor is hard. Meditation cushions and mats are provided, but blankets are not. You may also opt to sit on a chair for the sitting up meditations.
