Free meditation classes which meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. Learn how to meditate and discover inner peace and contentment.

Sessions will cover meditation instruction, practice and discussion. Meditations will include mindfulness, guided journeys and healing. It is non-faith based, no experience is necessary and everyone is welcome.
