What we're about

This is a group for women who find themselves feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and disconnected in a fast-paced, pressure-driven society who want to catch a break, practice effective self-care, and connect with other women in a safe, supportive environment.
I started this group because so many women I work with know that they need to meditate and feel so much better when they do, but just can't seem to make a habit of it. I thought why not create a time and place for us to come together, practice, and support each other through not only the challenges of meditation, but also life's inevitable challenges.

Online Midday Meditation Break

Online event

Join me Thursday on Zoom at 11-11:30am for a Midday Meditation Break.

I know this time has been challenging for many of us. The uncertainty has us stressed and anxious. Some of you have mentioned wishing for an easier way to remember to practice self-care and meditation.

I also know not all of us are struggling. Even if you're hanging in there just fine, there's always benefit in having a time to check in with yourself.

That's why I've decided to (finally) offer a time and space online for a mindfulness meditation break. Many online meditation sessions right now are being held in the early mornings or evenings for longer practices. I'm inviting you to take a break in the middle of whatever your day looks like right now to pause, connect to the present moment, breathe, and care for yourself - so you can return to your day, your work, your family, your children, your partner, your cat feeling centered, refreshed, and more like yourself.

- create space in your day to check in with yourself
- reduce stress, anxiety, and tension
- practice self-care with a live guided meditation
- stay accountable to your practice
- connect with others practicing with you in this isolating time

What to expect is simple: we'll start with a 15-20 minute guided meditation, you can then hop right off and get back to your day, or you can stay on for Q+A. If you can't make it live the meditation will be recorded!

No prior meditation or journaling experience needed.

This is a donation-based offering, and there is no requirement to pay anything. I really just want you there.

I hope to see you at the link below this Thursday at 11am!
