Stress Relief through Restorative Meditation @East York


In these classes you will learn three simple and enjoyable methods of meditation. The class will begin with some deep breathing to calm the mind and body followed by an ancient form of yoga meditation known as mantra meditation. By focusing on these ancient transcendental sounds one experiences relief from stress and anxiety a feeling of real happiness.
