Meditation functions to calm the mind, reduce stress, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing. In this series, we’ll introduce the basic meditation technique and different forms of meditation that help to calm the mind, reduce stress, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing.
Conducted in English, each class includes two guided meditations and a short talk. Every class is self-contained and can be attended individually. No experience or booking required. These classes are ideal for anyone who simply wants to meditate including beginners.
Vivian Huang has been practicing dharma for eight years, under the guidance of her Spiritual Guide, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. Her teachings are simple, heartfelt, and easy to integrate into daily modern life.
