For thousands of years, both Buddhists and non-Buddhists have discovered that meditation gives them the power to transform their minds and their lives. For many modern-day spiritual people, however, a regular meditation practice often remains elusive. Either we feel that we don’t have time to meditate or else, having found the time, we feel that our meditation practice isn’t producing the results we had hoped for.
During this six-week series, Gen Kelsang Nyema will help students learn precisely what meditation is, how to prepare for meditation, and how to maintain a consistent meditation practice despite the pressures of busy modern life.
