Within our mind lies an extraordinary potential for inner peace and happiness.
We can access that potential through the simple practice of meditation. In meditation we learn to let go of the agitated states of mind, such as anger, that produce unhappiness, and instead we learn to cultivate peaceful, powerful minds such as love, acceptance, wisdom and joy.
We also begin to transform our day-to-day experiences, especially our conflicts and problems, into opportunities for developing these peaceful minds. In this way we gain the special skill of creating happiness for ourselves and others.
