What we're about
This is a group for meditation and mindfulness events in Connecticut and New York, which includes classes, retreats, and workshops. Some of these are classes that I run, and others include other events in the area that I attend. They are all designed to be suited both for beginners or those who are looking to deepen their meditative and mindfulness practices.
These events are ecumenical and don't ascribe to any one tradition or the teachings of any one teacher. Rather, the philosophy behind my classes and the related events is gathered from a variety of traditions that teach the wisdom of balance, harmony, and compassion. These events will be aimed at helping you create a practice that’s geared to your personal goals, whether you’re seeking relaxation, health benefits, or a deepening of your spiritual practice.
