Looking for peace of mind?
This group is for anyone who is looking for place to meditate, share experiences and grow spiritually. The Won Buddhism Meditation Center DC offers sitting and walking meditation, mindfulness practice, yoga dharma studies each week. All is welcomed, whether you are a new or serious practitioner. There is no cost, although donations are always appreciated.
