Gentle Yoga Class - Every Tuesday
Join us for yoga each Tuesday night! If you are new to yoga, this class is a good place to start! All levels are welcomed. Studies show that practicing yoga can activate the body's natural healing capacity, reduce stress and develops self-power. Our instructor will lead you through a series of gentle holistic breathing, stretching and meditation movements that will renew your body, mind and spirit! Come join us and bring a friend. Looking for peace of mind?

This group is for anyone who is looking for place to meditate, share experiences and grow spiritually. The Won Buddhism Meditation Center DC offers sitting and walking meditation, mindfulness practice, yoga dharma studies each week. All is welcomed, whether you are a new or serious practitioner. There is no cost, although donations are always appreciated.
