Monday Night Meditation Class
7:00 - 8:30pm We can ask our-self, what is the most meaningful way to use my life? What will truly make me happy this year? Making spiritual practices, such as meditation, a priority allows us to enjoy a peaceful, meaningful life free from anxiety and problems. We also improve our good qualities becoming more joyful and beneficial to others.
These classes are accessible to everyone, whether you are brand new or have some previous meditation experience. Drop in to any class or come to the whole series. Cost: $10 per class.
