My vision for this group is to create a community of like-minded people in the New Haven area who are interested in spiritual growth.
We focus on techniques which assist us to find that quiet space within ourselves….so we can listen to that “all-knowing” voice and find our authentic self. We will start will the basics of meditation and then incorporate other topics as we go, depending on what the group needs are.

What happens in each class?
In each class we will focus on the week’s theme, followed by a group discussion/sharing and will have at least one guided meditation. Healthy Refreshments will be provided.

We live in a sea of criticism. When we are growing up, our teachers, parents and friends criticized us in order to “make us stronger”. Because this criticism was so painful, we created the Inner Critic who judges us harder than anyone else will, so its not as painful.
Sounds pretty crazy eh?
If we want to be Love Warriors and have a life filled with love, we must learn to dissolve the Inner Critic and bring out our Inner Coach.
In this class we’ll be learning some tools and journal exercises that we can use every day so that we can transform our Inner Critic into a supportive, loving Inner Coach so we can be more kind, compassionate and loving to self and this love will ripple out to others.
The Inner Coach has been one of the most powerful tools I have learned and continue to use in my spiritual journey and I am very excited to share it with you!
