My vision for this group is to create a community of like-minded people in the New Haven area who are interested in spiritual growth.
We focus on techniques which assist us to find that quiet space within ourselves….so we can listen to that “all-knowing” voice and find our authentic self. We will start will the basics of meditation and then incorporate other topics as we go, depending on what the group needs are.

What happens in each class?
In each class we will focus on the week’s theme, followed by a group discussion/sharing and will have at least one guided meditation. Healthy Refreshments will be provided.

Loving ourselves has the power to completely change our experience of life. As we go through the journey of life, self love and self worth allow us to gracefully heal our wounds and give us the courage and the confidence to live life on life terms.
But we must build it from within...we cannot get self worth from outside sources (job, relationship, money) this is just fleeting and when we have holes in our self esteem, we are prone to manipulation.
It helps us access our uniqueness and bring ourselves forth authentically into the world, without needing approval from others.
It gives us the courage to stand up, live our purpose and make a real difference in the world.
In this class we will create some personal Self Love and Self Worth Affirmations that we can use daily to build our self worth.
We will also do some self love meditations and learn some tools that will help you uncover and let go of any limiting beliefs or self destructive patterns that are getting in the way of loving ourselves to the best of our ability.
When you do these practices daily, you will start to experience life in a new way.
