This yoga class will be for everyone whether you have practiced Yoga for years or have never practiced before. It will consist of Prāṇāyāma (Breath work), Seated Meditation and Asana (Postures).
Prāṇāyāma is a Sanskrit word meaning "extension of the prāṇa or breath" or, "extension of the life force". It consists of various breathing exercises which will help regulate the breath.
Asana (Yoga Postures) will be a flow of postures connecting the breath and the body. It will be a moving meditation, a prayer to your inner most guru to explore your own wisdom to guide you to uncover your personal truth. Movement and breath will be linked together to allow the conscious awareness to flow to the present moment.
Yoga has many benefits. It helps with releasing stress and tension, relaxation, developing body awareness, building strength and flexibility, and opening you to your authentic self.

My name is Nirali Patel and I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years. For me yoga is a way of life, it is a way of coming home to yourself. I remember the first yoga class I took, I did not know much of what I was doing but I had this deep sense of coming home. Every time I came out of class, I felt more of myself, this sense of connecting back to my source. I have taken classes with some amazing teachers along the way but I have found that the greatest teacher or a guru we all have is within. So now my practice is what comes from within. It is a prayer to open places within me and move me into a place of stillness.
I am very intuitive when it comes to teaching. My classes include Pranayama (Breathing Practice), Meditation and Asana (Physical postures). I don’t subscribe to a particular school of yoga because to me Yoga is Yoga; everyone coins a name for their form of teaching. You will find my classes are more authentic and organic and they take their own form.
