Learn to Meditate in half a day

Happiness and suffering are states of mind and so their main causes cannot be found outside the mind.

If we want to be truly happy we must learn how to control our mind. Meditation has many benefits, from reducing stress, developing a peaceful mind, as well as ultimately to liberation and full enlightenment.

This beginner friendly course will include practical, hands-on meditation instruction, group discussion and time for Q & A.

All levels of meditators will find benefit from these instructions. No special clothing is required, you may sit on a chair or cushion.
