Nature offers a tremendous resource to realign our busy minds with a deeper more profound rhythm, and be surrounded by life not defined on human terms. There's a particular wonder, delight and freedom that comes from reflecting not on how big you are, but how small. Our group will go for a hike, followed by a meditation. I teach a simple, effective meditation technique that I've practiced for over 30 years. If you have your own practice, you're also welcome to do that.
