Meditation is good for personal development and feeling of calm and peace. If you haven’t done meditation before you need to find a way of meditating which suits you personally. The meditation techniques I use in these groups are for all people and backgrounds. We do a few relaxation exercises to start then a meditation, towards the end of the meditation I will do a few minutes energy healing to all those who would like it. We then have a sharing session and some refreshments.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing.You may wish to bring a bottle of water with you, there will be refreshments available at the end as well.
It may also be advisable to bring a cushion to use as support if sitting on a chair or to use if you prefer to sit on the floor. Some people get cold when meditating so if you have shawl, small blanket or a cardigan to bring just in case.
