Meditation is a form of deep relaxation and is proven to help manage stress, anxiety and pain management. While in mediation the brain enters a deep state of relaxation slowing down the brain waves and organs, encouraging cell reproduction and supporting the bodies natural healing ability. Some also use the art of meditation to connect with other dimensional realities.
