Gentle Meditation on Stillness for Children
Does your child suffer from high anxiety, struggle with sleep or have relationship problems? Would they like to increase happiness, enhance focus & achieve calmness? I can show them techniques they can do that have immediate benefit that take just a few minutes. We call it Meditation on Stillness. Give it a try for yourself These short sessions are designed to help children to:- - Actively regulate emotions - Improve concentration - Find stillness - Reduce any anxieties - Increase confidence It also helps children with:- Falling asleep at bedtime Dealing with emotions Releasing negative thoughts and behaviours Getting along well with others The sessions start and finish with simple exercises to help with the 10 minute guided meditation. The idea is to make these sessions fun and enjoyable for the children whilst improving their health and wellbeing. Age 5+ Adults are welcome to join in too! What we're about

Join us for the Meditation on Twin Hearts to flush out stress, increase energy levels and increase physical and mental health. During the session we will:

Do gentle yoga exercises to open up the energy centres.

Do a guided meditation to draw in tremendous amounts of energy.

Perform energising exercises to fully absorb the energy generated. The meditation will be followed by an optional healing clinic

We also run Children's weekly Meditation on Stillness sessions plus Monthly Workshops that include a guided Meditation
