StillPoint Meditation with Sound Bath "Harmonic Attunement"

Beautiful Sound and Color Bath!! A great way to "re-set" your nervous system and revive after a busy week. Arrive at 10am (doors close at 10:15 sharp!) and be escorted to our comfortable Lobby where we describe the experience...The STILL POINT Experience.....you will then enter the Sound and Color room in silence and be guided into a deep meditation using beautiful Sounds, Vocals, chimes and crystal bowls. Relax into the meditative space for about 30-40 min for so and then back to the lobby for tea, discussion and integration. People say the experience profoundly relaxes them. Bring an "intention" or something you would like to change in your life to take into the meditation. Be sure to be on time to not miss the begin time, as after 20 min. no latecomers.
