A basic introduction to Buddhist teachings and meditation that is suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners. Through these classes we can learn how to meditate, use Buddha's advice in our daily lives to solve our problems, and find the peace and happiness we all seek. Classes are designed to be self-contained for drop-in, or to be enjoyed on an ongoing basis! You don't have to be a Buddhist to benefit from Buddhist teachings.
No previous meditation experience necessary. Everyone is welcome!
Introduction to Buddhist Meditation is taught by David Rademacher, who has been teaching at the center since 2006. He is an engaging instructor who's committed to helping people learn how Buddhist teachings can help improve their lives.
You don’t need to pre-register for this class. Just come up about 15 minutes before the start of class so you can get paid up and settled in. You can pay by cash or check.
