Pause - Midweek Mindfulness Meditation
This group meets every week to tune in to the sounds and sensations of sitting, walking, lying and sometimes swimming in nature. You can expect a guided meditation, some mindful movement and time for sharing our reflections. You don't need any experience to join us, just a willingness to try to be present, if only for a moment or two! You will leave more relaxed in both body and mind, with more clarity, more joy for the coming day and feeling more connected to yourself, to other people and to the natural world. This session is organised in the spirit of dana - generosity - a valued way of supporting meditation teachers since the time of the Buddha.

What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in taking a pause to enjoy some quiet time with like-minded people, learning some tools to help create a peaceful mind. No experience is necessary and simple, experiential guidance is offered. Voluntary donations are accepted but not essential :)
