- Meet-and-Greet meetup with Larry Salibra (Blockstack, Hong Kong)
It’s all about fundamental digital rights. Larry Salibra is a Blockstack core developer and Founder of New Internet Labs Limited. He co-founded Pay4Bugs, a crowdsourced security analysis and software testing platform, and is a founding member of the Bitcoin Association of Hong Kong. His work exposed private data leakage in Chinese Tinder clone Tantan, and how Apple censors apps in China. Parisian Blocstackers, please join us to meet and engage with Larry Salibra. Indeed, we would like to cease the opportunity to have Larry in town (Speaker at PBW Summit https://community.blockstack.org/events#event=[masked] ) to set up an informal meetup. Join us at The Lions Pub *confirmed* which is a 2-minute walking distance from Station F (where PBW is held)About BlockstackBlockstack is a full-stack decentralized computing protocol that enables a new generation of applications where developers and users can interact fairly and securely, while curing the ills of centralized Internet design. Blockstack builds protocols and developer tools designed to enable a fair and open Internet that returns digital rights to developers and consumers. Led by some of the world’s foremost experts on distributed systems, Blockstack allows users to own their own data that they can take with them from app to app in the ecosystem, along with their Blockstack ID that eliminates the need for password-based logins. The end result is privacy, security, and freedom. Cheers, JC
