'Top down, bottom up, or middle out?'
Hello fellow change disruptors ...we're back again for a mid winter session on change approaches and leadership. Heated discussions to keep us warm!
What approach best leads to real and sustainable business change/transformation?
What leadership qualities and capabilities do we need for success with whatever approach we take?
Come along to this joint session with our friends at the Business Transformation Professionals Meetup (http://www.meetup.com/Architecture-and-Transformation-Professionals/).
Some points to ponder ahead of time:
• Top down: favoured by people that need/demand structure, seeking to create order in otherwise chaotic, and ever evolving, complex business environments?
• Bottom Up: embracing the chaos, unafraid of a complex abstract world, with a stronger focus on people as the enabler of change?
• Middle out: a good place to start and involves more people who want to make it happen?
We look forward to hearing your thoughts. See you soon, and feel free to bring a guest.
