Let's set the week, as well as, our mind, body, & soul on the right path by coming together for a Group Meditation.
When meditators come together they form a group energy. Many say that this energy helps to create a calming environment that leads to deeper meditations & inner transformation. Many also find that group sessions are helpful in building a long-term practice.
This is a WEEKLY RECURRING GROUP MEDITATION that is open to everyone of all levels; whether you are a beginner or master meditator – please know that you are welcome to come and join us.
We will sit on the floor with/without cushions; sit in chairs; or whatever is most comfortable for you. (If you have your own cushion please feel free to bring it.)
The total time we meditate is 20-30 minutes. We will start promptly at 7pm, and we ask as a courtesy to others in the group that you try your best to arrive on time. If you happen to arrive a few minutes late, please enter quietly & take a seat being mindful of those around you.
This GROUP MEDITATION was was created to give like-minded people who are interested in meditation a set time & place to practice their technique, as well as, bring together those of us who are interested in cultivating more (https://www.facebook.com/hashtag/kindness?source=feed_text&story_id=1653788551512728)kindness, compassion, & peace in our community.
