How do you feel a lack of knowledge management impacts the organisation?

It can include a number of things but an example would be: if the information within the tool doesn't meet the user's needs to be able to assist with customer enquiries, the user suffers and so does the end customer.

What constitutes good Knowledge Management practice in your eyes?

Governance- good quality / relevant up to date information specific to the user of the tool. Obtaining ongoing user feedback of the tool to optimise / implement change according to the user's requirements.

What is your Twitter ID if you have one?

I currently work in the Telecommunications Industry and am responsible for optimising search results / improvements on the company's Knowledge Management System used by call centre staff.
