How do you feel a lack of knowledge management impacts the organisation?

Poor KM means waste. A waste of accumulated knowledge resources that are not being utilised to add value to the organisation, its people and its activities.

What constitutes good Knowledge Management practice in your eyes?

A preparedness to share what you know with others and accept what others have to offer in order to better yourself. It is a shared willingness to work together to do better.

What is your Twitter ID if you have one?

I am an Industrial Engineer working in a Process Management and Quality Systems role. I have worked for many years developing people, processes and the systems that bring them together. I am passionate about finding ways to improve performance.
