How do you feel a lack of knowledge management impacts the organisation?

Knowledge requires teams way to archive and then share relevant information. Establishing these enables the creation of knowledge. These processes need to be dynamic and relevant otherwise knowledge becomes a burden and uninteresting.

What constitutes good Knowledge Management practice in your eyes?

A clear set of guiding principles with the resources to support the implementation of the principles. If there is a wiki for instance in the organisation, there needs to be ongoing maintenance of the wiki and a communication plan

What is your Twitter ID if you have one?
