How do you feel a lack of knowledge management impacts the organisation?

Without coordinated KM processes, an organisation as a whole, but more importantly, the individuals within the organisation will never be able to learn.

What constitutes good Knowledge Management practice in your eyes?

Good knowledge mangement practice is the capture, maintenance and sharing of intellectual assets. But it is a lot more complex than this processes, it is a feeling/pscyhology that correlates to motivation. A feeling to want to share intellectual captial, that same feeling that gets people out of bed to go to work. Good KM practice is to facilitate an environment to encourage engagement and collaboration.

What is your Twitter ID if you have one?

I don't have one...mhm, maybe I should

Knowledge Management practitioner trying to get everyone on the bandwagon.
