We connect with clients and a number of other niche consultancies and service providers but have to resort to the most basic techniques (f2f meetings, phone, email) due to the lack of KM practices in the industry. We would like to promote good practices as part of our advice to clients and partners.
Good practice addresses five areas in a coherent manner: Culture, People, Process, Information and Technology.
