Have seen it over and over--lack of corporate memory, left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing, and history repeating itself.
I'm more concerned about the major principle: all staff having easy access to what they need to know, when they need to know it.
I've moved in and out of KM over time, most recently teaching at the National University of Laos and the University of Canberra. Am now facilitating health and wellbeing programs for women, but still interested in KM.
