How do you feel a lack of knowledge management impacts the organisation?

Staff either spend inordinate amounts of time finding out what has been done in the past or replicate past work.

What constitutes good Knowledge Management practice in your eyes?

Step 1. recognise that Knowledge can be managed Step 2. recognise that Knowledge Management doesn't happen by accident Step 3. work with your staff to develop systems and processes that meet their needs.

What is your Twitter ID if you have one?

I don't have a twitter ID
