Waste of energy and time, lack of appreciation of the skill sets embedded within the workforce, implicit lack of trust in grass roots workers...

What constitutes good Knowledge Management practice in your eyes?

Listening, sharing, backing up, reviewing current and past practices and then ensuring the 'experts' have an opportunity to mentor and support colleagues
