This group is for anyone interested in gathering on Friday nights to explore their spirituality and wellbeing through the embodied movement practice of Qoya and the relaxation and vibrational medicine of the ancient technique of Sound Healing.
Qoya is a movement practice that connects us to the wisdom in our bodies and that is accessible to all ages and all levels of fitness. You can move and dance as little or as much as is right for your body. The fortnightly classes will sometimes be offered as women-only and sometimes will be open to everyone.
Monthly Sound Healing classes will always be open to everyone and will include yogic and vibrational sound techniques to guide you into deep states of relaxation and consciousness where insights and healing can be accessed.
A monthly gathering will also be available to share in sacred ritual, ceremony and community sharing.
Every Friday this space will provide a safe and sacred space in which to explore moving, relaxing, healing, arriving home in your body and feeling energised, vibrant and joyful.

Sound Healing is a form of vibrational medicine that has a profound healing effect on all aspects of our being.
It is an ancient healing technique that has been used in diverse cultures around the world throughout the ages. The vibration of the sound waves made by the sound healing instruments are absorbed by the tissues and energy field of the body. In this way, areas of the body that are out of balance are restored to harmony.
Sound Healing can be used:
*as a meditation and relaxation tool to access deep brainwave states
*to balance the right and left hemispheres of the brain
*to restore the nervous system
*to reduce anxiety
*to create positive mental states
*to release emotions stored in the body
*to promote healing in diseased tissue
*to enhance overall wellbeing
The El Camino Studio offers a modern and fresh space and plays host to The Joy Space every Friday night.
