Meditation for Emotional Awareness & Freedom 6 week course

Are you ever overwhelmed and disturbed by unpleasant emotions in your
life? Does anger, fear, shame or jealousy arise that is problematic for you
at times? Do you experience periods of stress, depression or anxiety that
causes you to react in a way that is detrimental to your life and your
relationships? If you answered yes to any of these, or would simply like
more awareness with your emotional worldthen this course is perfect for
you. Meditation is a powerful tool that can allow us to experience deep
insight, awareness and freedom with our emotions and feelings, and it is
possible to remain clear, calm and open in any situation we face in our

In this course you will learn that our emotions and feelings contain vital
information for us in our lives but the problem is we are most often not
getting the real message contained in the emotions, rather we are
reacting due to our conditioning, our beliefs, opinions, and concepts of
ourselves and others. With correct understanding and insight we discover
that our emotions and feelings and our thoughts are NEVER the problem
but how we react to them. Once we get this realisation we can then
choose how we respond to our emotions rather than reacting from past
conditioning, the hysterical historical!

In our teaching we consider the mind to have 7 senses, with thoughts
and emotions being the 6th and 7th senses. We can choose to have the
same freedom that we have with our other senses. Could you imagine
ever being depressed by an unpleasant smell, a loud unpleasant sound,
or tasting disgusting food? Most people would answer no, and with
correct understanding we can respond to our emotions with the very
same freedom.

All equipment is provided at the studio and you have the option
of sitting on a chair or cushions on the floor.
