Hi I'm new and thinking of coming along this Sat; just wondering is there a loose agenda to your gatherings?

the group aims to help you become a better writer. if you want to share work with the group, bring about 5 or so copies to hand out. we read work on the day and offer gentle critique with the intention of improving your work.

quiet week, we discussed the upcoming open mike and the zine - would love to try to get it running in a few weeks. if you guys could bring a written paragraph or two outlining why you should be on the editorial team for the zine that'd be great.

If more than, say, 8 people come this time, can we break into two tables? It seemed to me that it took too long last time, even though only a few people brought work.

actually, maybe it would be a good idea, depending on the numbers. why don't we see who turns up on the day?
