This meetup is designed to welcome men looking to get back into the gym but don't feel comfortable in a large setting. This is a coed men and women’s group. We are looking to get more guys to join us! If you want to enjoy a great bootcamp style workout to improve your confidence as well as improve your education about fitness this is the group for you. We have one regular guy and looking to expand!

Don't let the term "bootcamp" scare you away. It more so implies that we will challenge the full body and do 8-12 exercises per class. It's not a mean, super fast, I can't breath, will I be able to move tomorrow? kind of workout. You will have fun and feel comfortable no matter your fitness level, age or possible restrictions.

These meetups will meet on Tuesday (coed guys and girls) and Thursday (coed) nights and Saturday mornings. 10 or 11am depending upon my schedule.

Body Transformation Challenge

Needs a location

If you are looking to transform your health and life it starts with the choice of change, second to have a plan of action and third accountability to keep you going. What does this transformation ask of you?? Simply to say yes to yourself. The challenge can be 21, 30, or 60 days. Baby steps, leaning how to fuel your body and simply feel your best. I will coach you and tap you into an accountability page along with a nutrition program of foods you’ll enjoy to eat. The cost of your program will be determined based on the duration of the program you choose. I help clients customize a program specific to their needs, goals, lifestyle, and budget. The program will consist of at least 1 meal replacement shake a day to help fuel your body on a cellular level to maximize nutrient intake. Programs start at $50 a month. That’s $1.67 a day to have me as your coach to success and get you on a path to a happier and healthier you! NOTE: Results come when you do the work. 80% nutrition, 100% mindset to NOT give up on yourself. This means you’ll have to cook, plan and prep!

First class is always free $10 after that. Men and women are welcome to this workout Tuesday Nights. This will be a full body workout. Just to give you some idea that it's not scary we will do things like this for example. 1. Squats 2. Bicep curl with weights 3. Resistance band straight arm pulls (back) 4. Triceps pull downs 5. Walking Lunge..... We will focus on strength, balance and if you need help with talking about nutrition after we can plan that. Usually design the room to be in stations and do each exercise for 45 seconds and get to 3 rounds!
